Service description
Dalyel provides travel information, place discovery, itinerary tools, and an AI assistant for visitors to Qatar. Information is provided for general planning purposes and may change without notice.
No professional advice
Dalyel does not provide medical, legal, immigration, or emergency services. AI answers and place details are informational only. In an emergency in Qatar, call 999 for police, ambulance, or fire services and follow official guidance.
Third-party partners
Bookings, payments, rides, and deliveries happen in third-party apps and websites. Their terms, pricing, and privacy policies apply. Dalyel is not responsible for partner availability or fulfillment.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time as described in our account deletion policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
- Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
- Do not use Dalyel for unlawful purposes

Dalyel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that place information, hours, prices, or routes are accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dalyel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on travel information.
Beta access
During beta or early access periods, features may change, data may be reset, and access may be limited or revoked for abuse or operational reasons.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
